Anna Zambon
Anna Zambon was born in Padua, Italy, on December 21th, 2001. She lives by the spirit of “live each day differently from the one before,” constantly seeking new experiences and knowledge in various areas of life.
She has countless passions: from reading to theater and musicals, from music to physical activity and even crocheting.
She pursued humanities studies starting with Humanities.
She loves delving into stories and life lessons that our ancestors have passed on to us through books and works of art.
An important turning point in Anna ìs life was when she discovered the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo (UNISG).
From an early age she was attracted to manual activities, but it was cooking that won her heart.
The recently concluded Three-Year Course in Gastronomic Sciences and Cultures was a springboard for Anna into the all-around world of food. I am currently preparing for the next big step: embarking on a new course of study focused on food security, rural enhancement and development, and human rights.
